Rinjani 3 days 2 nights trekking is designed to visit Lake of Segara Anak and hot springs water for 3 days 2 nights, starting and ending on the same trails. Lake Segara Anak and its Hot Springs waters are one of the favorite destinations for trekkers, the lake provides a spectacular view in the morning, and a natural sauna in hot springs water.

Trekking overview – Rinjani 3 days 2 nights lake:

  • Pass the grand tropical forest ( big trees and local strawberries), shadow trails
  • Enjoy the jungle atmosphere with bird sounds, and wild animals ( black monkey, brown monkey, etc )
  • Spectacular view of Gili’s, Senaru village, and green tropical forest from Cemara Lima
  • Unique Lake of Segara Anak and hot spring water
  • Amazing view from crater RIM Senaru over Segara Anak view ( Sunset and Sunrise )

What to Prepare & Bring for the 3-Day, 2-Night Hike: To ensure a safe and comfortable trek

  • Experience, we recommend bringing the following essentials:
  • Backpack & Footwear
  • Backpack (Minimum 25–35L capacity)
  • Trekking shoes or trail running shoes (with good grip)
  • Socks (several pairs for warmth and comfort)
  • Clothing
  • Warm jacket (for cold temperatures at higher altitudes)
  • 3 T-shirts (one for each day)
  • 2 pairs of short pants (recommended for the dry season)
  • Long trekking pants/windproof pants
  • Warm hat & buff (for warmth and wind protection)
  • Gloves (to keep your hands warm)
  • Sunglasses (for sun protection)
  • Gaiters (to prevent dirt and rocks from getting into shoes)
  • Hot Spring & Personal Care
  • Swimsuit (for hot spring or lake)
  • Small towel (for drying off after the hot spring)
  • Insect repellent (to avoid mosquito bites)
  • Sunscreen/lotion (for sun protection)
  • Raincoat (to stay dry in case of rain)
  • Muscle spray or balm (for sore muscles)
  • Toiletries (soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc.)
  • Accessories & Optional Items
  • Headlamp (with extra batteries)
  • Trekking stick/hiking pole (optional but helpful)
  • Sandals (for relaxing at camp, optional)
  • Camera or Handycam (manual or digital)
