Welcome to Green Rinjani Tour and Travel! To ensure a smooth booking experience, please carefully read our Booking Terms and Conditions before making a reservation.

1. How to Make a Reservation

To book a trip with Green Rinjani, please follow these steps:

  • Fill out our booking form or contact us via email at info.greenrinjani@gmail.comor WhatsApp.
  • You will receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
  • Secure your booking by making a deposit payment.
  • You will receive a payment confirmation once the deposit is received.
  • Provide a copy of your passport for National Park registration.
  • Share your arrival details (flight or boat schedule) for pick-up arrangements.

2. Booking Confirmation Process

A. Passport Copy Requirement

To complete your reservation, we require a copy of each traveler’s passport. This ensures accurate documentation for your trip. Please send a scanned copy or clear photo of the relevant page via email.

B. Deposit Payment

A deposit is required to secure your booking. The minimum deposit is 25% of the total amount, and your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt.

Payment Methods:

  1. Bank Transfer
    • We will provide banking details upon request.
    • Any transfer fees charged by your bank are your responsibility.
  2. PayPal
    • We will send a payment link upon request.
    • A 3% transaction fee applies for PayPal payments.

Once the deposit payment is received, we will confirm your booking and proceed with the necessary arrangements.


3. Arrival Details

To ensure a smooth pick-up, please provide your arrival details at least 2 days before arrival:

  • By Flight: Flight number and arrival time at Lombok International Airport (LOP).
  • By Fast Boat: Boat company name and arrival time.
  • Already in Lombok: Hotel name or pick-up location and requested pick-up time.

4. Finalizing Your Booking

  • Once we receive your arrival details, we will finalize your transportation and accommodation.
  • If you have any questions or special requests, feel free to contact us.
  • We look forward to welcoming you and ensuring a seamless travel experience.

5. Payment Terms

  • Rates are valid from April 1 – December 31, 2025.
  • The deposit must be paid within 24 hours of receiving the invoice.
  • The remaining balance must be paid on arrival, either in cash or by Visa/MasterCard/Debit Card (with a 3% transaction fee for card payments).

6. Cancellation Policy

  • After deposit payment: A minimum charge for the National Park entrance fee applies.
  • Cancellation within 7 days: 50% of the deposit + National Park entrance fee is non-refundable.
  • Cancellation within 2 days: No refund.
  • Cancellation on the departure date: No refund.

7. Medical Information

  • All participants should be physically fit and healthy.
  • If you have medical conditions or dietary restrictions, please inform us in advance.
  • Bring personal medication such as bandages, antibiotics, anti-malaria medicine, or pain relievers.

8. Limitation of Liability

Green Rinjani acts only as a facilitator for transportation, hotels, and other third-party services. We are not responsible for injuries, losses, schedule changes, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.


9. Travel Insurance

We highly recommend obtaining travel insurance before your trip. Green Rinjani is not liable for any incidents affecting uninsured travelers.
