Day 0 – Arrival & Pickup

Arrival Point: Lombok International Airport, Bangsal Harbor, Senggigi, or Mataram

Pickup & Transfer: Our team will pick you up and transfer you to your hotel in Senaru village.

Briefing: In the evening, you’ll meet your guide for a safety briefing, gear check, and trek preparation.

Day 1 – Senaru → Sembalun → Sembalun Crater Rim (2,639 m)

06:00 – Wake up & breakfast at Senaru base camp

07:00 – Drive to Sembalun (45–60 minutes)

08:00 – Register at Rinjani Information Center (1,051 m)

08:30 – Begin trek to:

  1. Pos 1 (Pemantauan – 1,300 m) – 2 hrs
  2. Pos 2 (Tengengean – 1,500 m) – 1 hr
  3. Pos 3 (Pada Balong – 1,800 m) – 1 hr; lunch & rest here (2 hrs)

13:30 – Continue to Sembalun Crater Rim (2,639 m) – 3 hrs

16:30–17:00 – Arrive at crater rim camp, enjoy sunset, dinner & rest.

13:00 – Lunch at the lake; relax in nearby hot springs (100 m walk)

14:30 – Hike to Senaru Crater Rim (2,641 m) – 3 hrs

  • No White Tissues Allowed: The Rinjani National Park prohibits the use of white tissues. Please bring eco-friendly alternatives like brown recycled tissue or reusable cloth wipes.
  • Leave No Trace: We collect and carry out all garbage. Guests are asked to follow the same principle to protect the environment.
  • Support Local Communities: All our guides and porters are locals from villages around Rinjani, helping sustain traditional livelihoods.
  • Eco Gear: We use refillable water bottles, reusable cutlery, and sustainable camping setups.

🧭 Rinjani National Park Quota & Booking Advice

Daily visitor limit: The park only allows 240 trekkers per day. Book early to secure your spot.

Advance booking is highly recommended, especially during peak season (July–September).

A health certificate issued within 24 hours before the trek is mandatory (available at Green Rinjani’s office).

Cancellation Policy Mount Rinjani 3D2N trek

  • Cancel 14 days or more before the departure date
    → Receive a 50% refund of your deposit, excluding the Rinjani National Park entry ticket, which is non-refundable.

  • Cancel between 13 and 3 days before the departure date
    No refund will be issued on your deposit.

  • Cancel 2 days or less before the departure date
    → Your entire deposit will be forfeited.

Note: The Rinjani National Park entrance ticket is non-refundable under any circumstances, as it is registered under your name by park authorities.
