Rinjani 3 days 2 nights trekking is designed to visit Lake of Segara Anak and hot springs water for 3 days 2 nights, starting and ending on the same trails. Lake Segara Anak and its Hot Springs waters are one of the favorite destinations for trekkers, the lake provides a spectacular view in the morning, and a natural sauna in hot springs water.

- Experience, we recommend bringing the following essentials:
- Backpack & Footwear
- Backpack (Minimum 25–35L capacity)
- Trekking shoes or trail running shoes (with good grip)
- Socks (several pairs for warmth and comfort)
- Clothing
- Warm jacket (for cold temperatures at higher altitudes)
- 3 T-shirts (one for each day)
- 2 pairs of short pants (recommended for the dry season)
- Long trekking pants/windproof pants
- Warm hat & buff (for warmth and wind protection)
- Gloves (to keep your hands warm)

- Gaiters (to prevent dirt and rocks from getting into shoes)

- Swimsuit (for hot spring or lake)
